Pushing SUICIDE to the SIDE (poem)

Something needs to die

You feel it inside

You can’t make up your mind

Thinkin’ ’bout suicide?

Something’s gotta stop

Start over at the top

Wait for the fog to clear

Right now darkness is near

It will go away it will pass

But you my friend have a task

Sit on the shelf look at your health

Push suicide to the side and let’s talk suicide, suicide, suicide

It’s not your friend I will defend

On me My friend you can depend

Don’t go. Don’t go. Just breathe in deep. Let’s get some sleep.

Rest with me. I know it’s hard to see

Don’t want to go another mile but give me a lil’ while

Pushing suicide to the side and let’s talk suicide, suicide, suicide

I don’t want suicide by your side push suicide to the side
