Each Morning Is New (Simple Faith)

I’m not a morning person but there is something about mornings that remind me that each day is a new gift from God.

I think most of us are trying to ‘figure out life’, its meaning & purpose. We search for answers to questions we have deep within our minds but if we are honest we can admit we just don’t know and I think once we admit we just don’t know but have to fully rely on God’s provision,  love, grace, mercy and sovereignty,  that is when we can finally find peace and salvation. That is when our hearts & minds begin to be satisfied.

It all comes down to a relationship with God, through Jesus.

For me religion has always made it hard. Man made rules and logistics that try to put God in a box and that limit His abilities & power, that is what hurts my faith & stunts my personal growth in Him.

This world can be such a cruel place. People who try so hard at playing God and being The Savior rather than letting Christ be in charge they try to be Christ rather than be Christ-like.

“This is what the Lord says, he who made the earth, the Lord who formed it and established it—the Lord is his name:

‘Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know.’

Jeremiah 33:2‭-‬3 NIV

So, I call on Him directly and regularly, not so that I can become a god or try to do His great works but so that I can come to know Him personally and in doing so He can dwell (live in me) and love others into a relationship with Himself, using me as an instrument, a mode of transportation, in which He can reach others through.

Jesus Christ, God in the flesh, came to earth to show others God’s true attributes.

He made Himself known, not to become an accessory, but rather, to be accessible.

It is through calling on Him that a relationship develops and He is able to bring us a deeper understanding and into a knowledge & wisdom that otherwise we would never comprehend.

He didn’t do this so that we could or would come across as better (holier than thou) but so that we would be better off and humbly serve others, as Christ served & subjected Himself to the mercy of others, even to the point of death on a cross.

Heavenly Father may we simply accept The Lord Jesus Christ as a sacrifice for our sin and let Your Holy Spirit move in & clear out the confusion, sin and chaos in our lives.

In Jesus name and for Christ’s sake Amen

Love, Beetle

Here is a great VIDEO WITH LYRICS but the audio is kinda poor. Under the video posted on YouTube are all the Scriptures that go with the song but again, for some reason the audio is very poor in this version:

Here is a better version of the audio, but no on screen lyrics:

  1. While Jeremiah was still confined in the courtyard of the guard, the word of the Lord came to him.

Jeremiah was being held captive and it was during this time when God spoke to him a second time: “ ‘In those days and at that time I will make a righteous Branch sprout from David’s line; he will do what is just and right in the land.

“This is what the Lord says: ‘If you can break my covenant with the day and my covenant with the night, so that day and night no longer come at their appointed time, then my covenant with David my servant—and my covenant with the Levites who are priests ministering before me—can be broken and David will no longer have a descendant to reign on his throne.
    Jeremiah 33:1‭, ‬15‭-‬15‭, ‬20‭-‬21 NIV

God will always be faithful & true, just as we can count on Him to make the sun rise & set & rise again (things we have no control over) So also we can depend on Him.

He sent Jesus (the offspring of David) and He will send Him again.

    Amen, come quickly Lord Jesus.
